Turbocharger Assembly: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW gaskets. Apply anti-seize compound on turbocharger mounting studs. Install turbocharger and retaining nuts.
  2. Install oil drain tube on turbocharger. Before installing oil supply line, pour 3 ozs. (60 cc) of clean engine oil in oil inlet while spinning turbocharger. Tighten bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
