Window Regulator & Motor: Installation
- On "C", "K" and "M" series, lubricate motor drive gear and regulator sector teeth with a lubricant that is effective down to -20°F (-29°C). Ensure that motor pinion gear teeth mesh properly with sector gear. Remove screw locking sector gear. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
- On "S" series, install motor on regulator using Riveter (J-29022) and install 3/16" rivets or install 3/16" nuts and bolts. Remove nut and bolt used to secure sector gear. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
