Tailgate Latch Control Assembly: Removal

Remove the tailgate access panel bolts and the tailgate access panel.
Torque: 2.5 Nm

Disconnect the tailgate latch actuator electrical connector.

Remove the tailgate latch control assembly.
1. Disconnect the right and left tailgate latch actuating rods.
2. Remove the tailgate latch control assembly bolts.
  Torque: 8 Nm
3. Remove the tailgate latch control assembly.
