Cooling Module: Installation
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install and lubricate new condenser fitting O-ring seals. Refer to: Specifications . Refer to: Specifications - Electric .
- Evacuate, leak test and charge the A/C system. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging - Electric .
- If equipped. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant cooling system. Refer to: Refrigerant Cooling System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
- Fill and bleed the electric drivetrain cooling system. Refer to: Electrified Drivetrain Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
