Liftgate Release Switch: Removal

  1. Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to: Liftgate Trim Panel .
  2. Remove the liftgate release switch.

    1. Disconnect the liftgate release switch electrical connector.
    2. Release the retaining tabs and remove the liftgate release switch. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
