Rear Climate Control Housing: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. NOTE: Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

    Install and lubricate new O-ring seals. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .

  3. Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil. Refer to REFRIGERANT OIL ADDING .
  4. Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, VACUUM FILLING AND BLEEDING .
