Front Seat Control Switch: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
NOTE: Driver seat shown in illustration, passenger seat similar.
  1. Release the retainers and remove the front seatbelt anchor cover.

  2. Remove the bolt and position the front seatbelt anchor aside.

    Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

    1. Position the front seat backrest cover aside.
    2. Remove the front seat outboard side shield screws.

  4. Remove the front seat outboard side shield.

    1. Lift the rear portion of the front seat outboard side shield up and out.
    2. Pull the bottom portion of the front seat outboard side shield out.
    3. Slide the front seat side shield forward.
    4. Detach the front seat control switch wiring harness retainer.
    5. Disconnect front seat control switch electrical connector.

  5. Remove the front seat control switch.

    1. Remove the front seat control switch control knobs.
    2. Release the front seat control switch locking tabs.
