Front Brake Disc: Removal

NOTE: Do not allow the brake caliper to hang from the brake hose or damage to the brake hose may occur.

All brake calipers

Remove the wheel and Tire. Refer to: Wheel and Tire .
2-piston brake caliper
Remove the 2 bolts and position the brake caliper and brake pads aside.
Torque: 85 lb.ft (115 Nm)

4-piston brake caliper
Remove the 2 bolts and position the brake caliper and brake pads aside. Discard the bolts.
Torque: 85 lb.ft (115 Nm)

6-piston brake caliper
Remove the 2 bolts and position the brake caliper and brake pads aside. Discard the bolts.
Torque: 85 lb.ft (115 Nm)

All brake calipers
Remove the brake disc.
