Powertrain Control Module (PCM): Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: The step is only necessary when installing a new component.

Using a diagnostic scan tool, complete the PMI process for the PCM following the on-screen instructions.

- Carry out the Parameter Reset procedure.
- Vehicles without keyless entry and push button start. Refer to: Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) Parameter Reset .
- Vehicles with keyless entry and push button start. Refer to: Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) Parameter Reset .
- After completing the repairs, perform the Misfire Monitor Neutral Profile Correction procedure.
