Center Registers: Removal

Upper 

  1. Remove the instrument panel center middle trim panel. Refer to: Instrument Panel Center Middle Trim Panel .
  2. Release the tabs and remove the center registers.

    Lower 

  3. Detach the clips, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the LH instrument panel lower finish panel.

  4. Detach the clips and remove the RH instrument panel lower finish panel.

  5. Open the floor console stowage bin lid.

  6. Detach the retainers and remove the floor console upper trim panel.

  7. Release the clips and remove the floor console front finish panel.

    • Disconnect the electrical connectors.

  8. Remove the retainers and the HVAC control module finish panel.

  9. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

  10. Release the tabs and remove the center registers. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
