Front Strut and Spring Assembly: Assembly

To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
- 2.
- Make sure that the lower spring seat is properly installed.
- Align the spring in the lower spring seat.
- 3.NOTE: Make sure the strut bearing tabs are aligned before compressing the spring.
Align the strut bearing tabs.
- 4.NOTE: Typical strut and spring assembly shown in illustration.
Install the new strut rod nut.

Use the General Equipment: Vise
Torque
: 41 lb.ft (55 Nm)
