Center Registers: Removal

Remove the FCIM. Refer to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) - Vehicles With: AM/FM/CD . Refer to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) - Vehicles With: AM/FM/CD/SYNC . Refer to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) - Vehicles With: AM/FM/SYNC/Touchscreen Display .

NOTE: AM/FM ACM shown, all others are similar.

Release the clips and remove the upper storage tray. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

Remove the retainers, release the clips and disconnect the electrical connectors. Remove the center instrument panel finish panel.
Torque: 18 lb.in (2 Nm)

Remove the retainers, release the clips and remove the registers.
