Rear Door Alignment

Inspection

Check rear door to body dimensions. Refer to: Body and Frame .
Adjustment

All alignments
Left rear cargo door in and out, up and down alignment

Adjust the door to specification. Refer to: Body and Frame .
Left rear cargo door left, right and tilt alignment
- 7.
Remove the D pillar trim panel. Refer to: D-Pillar Trim Panel .

Loosen the inner nuts enough to permit movement of the door.Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
- 2.
Loosen the nuts enough to permit movement of the door.Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
- 3.
Loosen the bolts enough to permit movement of the door.Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Adjust door to specification. Refer to: Body and Frame .
Right rear cargo door in and out, up and down alignment
- 10.NOTE: The left cargo door must be aligned correctly to ensure the correct alignment of the right cargo door.
Loosen the bolts enough to permit movement of the door.
Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Adjust the door to specification. Refer to: Body and Frame .
Right rear cargo door left, right and tilt alignment
- 12.NOTE: The left cargo door must be aligned correctly to ensure the correct alignment of the right cargo door.
Remove the striker trim.

Remove the D pillar trim panel. Refer to: D-Pillar Trim Panel .
