In-Vehicle Repair: Flexplate: Removal

  1. 1.

    With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Jacking and Lifting .

  1. 2.

    Remove the transaxle. For additional information, refer to Automatic Transmission 6F50/6F55 .

  1. 3.

    Remove the 8 bolts and the flexplate.
