DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U3003:16 Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Below Threshold This Continuous Memory Diagnostic Trouble Code (CMDTC) sets when the HVAC control module senses lower than expected voltage.
U3003:17 Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Above Threshold This Continuous Memory Diagnostic Trouble Code (CMDTC) sets when the HVAC control module senses greater than expected voltage.
