Front Brake Pads: Installation

  1. NOTE: Tighten the bottom caliper bolt before tightening the top caliper bolt and make sure the caliper pin boots are correctly seated or damage to guide pins may occur.
    NOTE: If installing new brake pads, install all new hardware as supplied with the brake pad kit.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  2. Depress the brake pedal several times, check the brake fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir and add the specified brake fluid as necessary.
