Preliminary Inspection

Before diagnosing or repairing the starting system, inspect the following items:
- Battery condition
- High current BJB fuse 2 (150A)
- BJB fuse 13 (30A)
- BCM fuse 78 (5A)
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
