Repair procedures: Removal

- Remove the battery.
(Refer to "BATTERY ")
- Disconnet the vehicle speed sensor (A).
- Remove the vehicle speed sensor (A).
Tightening torque:
5.9 ~ 7.8 N.m (0.6 ~ 0.8 kgf.m, 4.3 ~ 5.8 lb-ft)
CAUTION:- After removing speed sensor, be careful not to enter dust, foreign matters, etc in speed sensor hole.
- Check the wear of spline (A).
- When installing, do not reuse the O-ring (B).
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
