Front Brake Caliper: Installation

  1. Position the brake hose and install the brake caliper flow bolt.
    • Install new copper washers.
    • Tighten to 47 Nm (35 lb-ft).
  2. Install the brake pads. For additional information, refer to BRAKE PADS  in this information.
  3. Bleed the brake caliper. For additional information, refer to BRAKE SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION for Component Bleeding.
