Removal And Installation: Radiator: Installation

Vehicles with A/C

Position the radiator in the vehicle, slide the A/C condenser into the top slots on the radiator and clip the A/C condenser to the bottom of the radiator.
Position the radiator and A/C condenser assembly on the radiator supports.
Vehicles without A/C
Position the radiator on the radiator supports.
All vehicles
Install the 2 rubber grommets and the 2 radiator clips.
Install the trim pushpin on the LH side of the grille.

Connect the upper radiator hose and position the clamp.
Install the cooling fan motor and shroud. For additional information, REFER to Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud .
Fill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, REFER to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding .
