Selector Lever: Installation

Position the selector lever assembly in the vehicle and install the 2 selector lever assembly nuts and the 2 selector lever assembly screws.
- Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

Connect the selector lever connector.

Install the center console top finish panel. For additional information, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE .

NOTE: Install a new selector lever cable retaining clip prior to installation.

Install the selector lever cable into the selector lever assembly bracket.
Install the selector lever cable onto the selector lever and lock the selector lever cable lock.

Verify the selector lever cable is adjusted correctly. For additional information, refer to SELECTOR LEVER CABLE ADJUSTMENT .
