Selector Lever Bezel: Removal

  1. Remove the center console trim cover.
    1. Lift the arm rest.
    2. Apply the parking brake.
    3. Lift the center console trim cover straight up, remove the emergency brake lever from the boot and remove the trim cover.

    NOTE: Selector lever assembly removed for clarity.
  3. Disconnect the Transmission Control Switch (TCS) electrical connector.

  5. Using a suitable tool, slide the selector lever knob shroud down.

  7. Remove the selector lever knob screws, selector lever knob and the shroud.

  9. Rotate the Transmission Range (TR) indicator light bulb socket counterclockwise and remove the TR indicator light bulb from the selector lever bezel.

  11. Release the 3 tabs and remove the selector lever bezel.
