Selector Lever Indicator Adjustment
- For either automatic transmission, place the manual control lever in the (D) position.
- Place the selector lever in the 1st gear position.
- For 4R70E/4R75E transmissions, move the selector lever 2 detents to the (D) position.
- For Torqshift® transmissions, move the selector lever 3 detents to the (D) position.
- Hang a 1.3 kg (3 lb) weight on the transmission range (TR) selector lever.
- Center the pointer in the middle of the (D) position.
- Rotate the thumbwheel, located on the bottom of the steering column, to adjust the pointer.

- Remove the weight.
