Throttle Body: Installation
- Using a new gasket, install the TB and the 4 bolts.
- Tighten the bolts in 2 stages.
- Stage 1: Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Rotate an additional 90 degrees.
- Tighten the bolts in 2 stages.
- Connect the electronic throttle control and the TP sensor electrical connectors.
- Install the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION AND FILTERING article.
