Selector Lever: Installation

Install the selector lever assembly.
1. Install the selector lever and the 4 bolts.
  - Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
2. Connect the electrical connector.

Install the selector lever cable to the selector lever assembly.
1. Connect the selector lever cable end to the selector lever.
2. Install the selector lever cable to the bracket.

NOTE: If necessary, connect the electrical connector.

NOTE: If the parking brake was applied to remove the finish panel, release the parking brake.

Install the upper shift lever trim ring.
- To install the upper shift lever trim ring, orient the thick tab on the driver side front of the shifter and press into place.

Adjust the shift cable. For additional information, refer to Selector Lever Cable Adjustment .
