Transaxle Support Insulator: Removal

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING .
  2. Remove the LH wheel and tire. For additional information, refer to WHEELS AND TIRES .
  3. Place the high-lift transmission jack under the transaxle.

  4. Remove the LH transaxle upper support insulator nut.

  5. Remove the engine and transaxle upper support bracket bolts and bracket.

  6. Remove the engine and transaxle upper support insulator bolts and insulator.
