| C1095 | ABS Hydraulic Pump Motor Circuit Failure | Anti-Lock Brake Control Module | Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, CLEAR the DTCs and DRIVE the vehicle at least 10 km/h (6.25 mph). If DTC C1095 is retrieved again, GO to PINPOINT TEST E . If DTC C1095 is not retrieved again, GO to PINPOINT TEST I . |

NOTE:
DTC C1096 may be caused when the ABS hydraulic pump motor is commanded ON without the valve power relay commanded ON, when using the ABS active command mode. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, CLEAR the DTCs and DRIVE the vehicle at least 10 km/h (6.25 mph). If DTC C1096 is retrieved again, GO to PINPOINT TEST E . If DTC C1096 is not retrieved again, GO to PINPOINT TEST I .

For 2WD vehicles, VERIFY that the 2WD ABS module is installed. If the correct ABS module for the correct vehicle is installed, CHECK the instrument cluster for correct configuration. REFER to MODULE CONFIGURATION . For 4WD vehicles, if the instrument cluster is configured correctly, GO to PINPOINT TEST G . For 2WD vehicles, if the instrument cluster is configured correctly, INSTALL a new ABS module, REFER to ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MODULE . CLEAR the DTCs. CARRY OUT the self-test with the brake pedal not applied. |
