Transaxle Cooling

The transaxle fluid cooling system consists of:

The transmission fluid flows from the transaxle, through the fluid cooler inlet tube assembly, through the integral fluid cooler, and then returns to the transaxle through the fluid cooler outlet tube assembly.

For fluid cooler flow testing, and backflushing and cleaning procedures, refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE/TRANSMISSION .

The transmission fluid flows from the transaxle, through the fluid cooler inlet tube assembly, through the integral fluid cooler, through the fluid cooler outlet tube, through the OTA fluid cooler, and then returns to the transaxle through the tube assembly.
