- Partially drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
- Using an appropriate cooling system flusher, backflush the heater core. Use Ford Premium Cooling System Flush.
- Fill the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
