Pinpoint Test B: The Speed Control Is Inoperative - Unable To Enter Self-Test

• Check the communication to the speed control module.
• Does the diagnostic tool communicate with the speed control actuator? 

Yes 

INSTALL a new speed control actuator. Refer to SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR . CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.

No 

GO to PINPOINT TEST A: NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR .
