Removal And Installation: Latch-Striker: Removal

NOTE: Seat back with integral child safety seat shown, 60/40 split seat back similar.
  1. Fold down the rear seat back assembly.
  2. Remove the quarter trim panel; refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  3. Remove the package tray; refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION Section 501-05.
  4. Remove the pushpins and the package tray front trim.

  5. Remove the rear seat back latch striker.
    1. Remove the bolts (two for 60/40 split seat back).
    2. Remove the rear seat back latch striker.
