Oil Cooler: Disassembly

  1. Gently rap on the front header to loosen the O-rings. Twist the front header while pulling on it until the header comes free from the oil cooler housing.

  2. Gently rap on the rear header to loosen the O-rings. Twist the rear header while pulling on it until the header comes free from the oil cooler housing.

  3. Remove the four O-rings from the oil cooler housing and discard.
