Transfer Case Rear Output Shaft Flange: Installation

    CAUTION: Install the companion flange to engage the spline as previously marked

  1. Using the special tool, install the companion flange.
    2. CAUTION: Do not over tighten the pinion nut
    CAUTION: Refer to the rotational torque previously recorded.
  2. Install the pinion nut.
  3. Install the transfer case. For additional information, refer to TRANSFER CASE -3.0L (4V) .
