Measure the piston diameter 90 degrees from the piston pin and 42 mm down from the top of the piston at the point indicated in Fig 1. Refer to GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
for 3.8L engines or GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
for 4.6L engines.
If out of specification, install new components as necessary. Refer to PISTON
for 3.8L engines or PISTON
for 4.6L engines.
