CLOCKSPRING Centering

Turn clockspring counterclockwise until slight resistance is felt. Turn clockspring clockwise 2 1/2 turns until arrow marked on center of clockspring aligns with raised "V" section at 12 o"clock position on outer cover of clockspring.
