Refrigerant Low Temperature Sensor: Installation

CAUTION: The TXV cavity for refrigerant low temperature sensor must be packed with thermal grease to insure functionality.
  1. Fill the refrigerant low temperature sensor housing in the TXV with thermal grease.
  2. Install the refrigerant low temperature sensor and wipe away the excess grease. See Figure .
  3. Install the refrigerant low temperature sensor bolt. Tighten the bolt specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  4. Connect the refrigerant low temperature sensor to the engine harness.
