Test E: Speed Control Does Not Disengage With Clutch Applied

Turn ignition off. Disconnect Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch. Measure resistance between CPP switch connector C825 terminals No. 1 and 3 (component side). See Figure. Press and release clutch pedal. Resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms with clutch pedal depressed and less than 5 ohms when released. If resistance is as specified, adjust CPP switch. If resistances are not as specified, replace CPP switch. Retest system operation.
