Test D: Resume Switch Inoperative

Turn ignition off. Disconnect speed control actuator connector C831. Measure resistance between speed control actuator connector C831 terminals No. 5 (White wire) and No. 6 (Brown wire). See Figure. Press speed control RESUME switch. If resistance is 110-130 ohms, replace speed control actuator. Retest system operation. If resistance is not 110-130 ohms, replace speed control switches. See SPEED CONTROL SWITCHES  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
