Description & Operation
The power window system consists of window switches, window regulators, motors, wiring and connectors. Power windows are operated by window switches. Reversible type motors are mounted with each individual window regulator. A master window/door lock control switch is located on the driver's door. All windows may be controlled from this switch. Passenger's door window has an individual switch for separate control.
Battery voltage supply circuit to power windows is supplied from Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse No. 23 (60-amp) through ignition switch (in ACC or RUN positions) to Central Junction Box (CJB) circuit breaker No. 43 (20-amp). BJB is located in left side of engine compartment, on top of wheelwell. CJB is located below left side of instrument panel. See COMPONENT LOCATIONS .
