Compass Zone Adjustment

NOTE: The compass zone setting is preset from the factory to Zone 8.

Determine which magnetic zone you are in for your geographic location
Turn the ignition key to the ON position.
Locate the compass module mounted at the base of the mirror. Press the button located on the compass sensor module gently for between two and four seconds until the current zone setting (1-15) is displayed on the message center and release the button.

Press the switch repeatedly to cycle through the possible zone settings until the setting for your individual zone is displayed.
Release the switch to exit the zone setting mode. After approximately five seconds the display will report the direction and the zone will be set.
