Combination Fluid Cooler
- If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s). GO to SYMPTOM CHART .
- Remove the splash shield.
- Remove the five screws and air deflector, if equipped.
- Remove the remaining seven screws and the splash shield.
- Disengage the clamps and remove the transmission fluid cooler hoses and the power steering fluid cooler hoses.
- Remove the bolts and the combination fluid cooler.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Fill the transaxle to the specified level. For additional information, refer to CHECKING FLUID LEVEL & CONDITION .
- Fill and purge the power steering system of air.
CAUTION:
Use new clamps, position within hose marking.
NOTE:
Place a drain pan under the transaxle fluid cooler.
