Test G: Left Rear Power Window Inoperative (Convertible)
- Disconnect left rear window motor harness connector C322. Measure resistance between ground and left rear window motor harness connector C322 Yellow/Light Blue wire terminal. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is 5 ohms or less, go to step 3 .
- Disconnect master window/door lock switch harness connector C505. Measure resistance in Yellow/Light Blue wire between left rear window motor harness connector C322 and master window/door lock switch harness connector C505 terminal No. 12. See Figure . If resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace master window/door lock switch. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION . If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open in Yellow/Light Blue wire between left rear window motor and master window/door lock switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Measure resistance between ground and left rear window motor harness connector C322 Gray/Orange wire terminal. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is 5 ohms or less, go to step 5 .
- Disconnect master window/door lock switch harness connector C505. Measure resistance in Gray/Orange wire between left rear window motor harness connector C322 and master window/door lock switch harness connector C505 terminal No. 10. See Figure . If resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace master window/door lock switch. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION . If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open in Gray/Orange wire between left rear window motor and master window/door lock switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Test master window/door lock switch. See MASTER WINDOW/DOOR LOCK SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS. If switch is okay, replace left rear window motor. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION . If switch is defective, replace master window/door lock switch.
