Test D: No Power In Start Position
Remove ignition switch. See IGNITION SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Test ignition switch. See IGNITION SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS. If ignition switch is not okay, replace ignition switch.
