Test A: Ignition Switch Inoperative
Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect ignition switch 7-pin harness connector C250. Measure voltage between ground and ignition switch harness connector C250 terminal No. 4 (Red/Light Blue wire). See Fig 1 . If voltage is 10 volts or more, replace ignition switch. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open in Red/Light Blue wire.
