  • Radiator.
  • Thermostat housing assembly.
  • Heater control valve.
  • PCV heater system.
  • Throttle body adapter heating.
  • Water pump seal.
  • Radiator hoses.
  • Heater hoses.
  • Heater core.
  • Engine gaskets.
  • Degas bottle cap.
  • The engine overheats
  • Water thermostat.
  • Airlock in the system.
  • Water pump.
  • Internal engine coolant leak.
  • Radiator.
  • Radiator airflow obstruction.
  • Heater core.
  • Cooling fan.
  • Coolant pressure relief cap.
  • The engine does not reach normal operating temperature
  • Water thermostat.
  • Engine coolant temperature gauge.
  • REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER for diagnosis and testing of the engine coolant temperature gauge.
  • The block heater does not operate correctly
  • Block heater power cable.
  • CHECK the resistance of the three block heater power cable wires. If the resistance in any of the wires exceeds 5 ohms, INSTALL a new block heater power cable.
  • Block heater.
  • INSTALL a new block heater.
