Transaxle Range Sensor: Installation

  1. Verify that the transaxle range selector lever is in Neutral. Install the digital TR sensor and loosely install the bolts. See Figure.
  2. Using the special tool, align the digital TR sensor. See Fig 1. Install the manual control lever and nut. See Figure.
  3. Connect the shift cable. Verify that the shift cable is correctly adjusted. See SHIFT CABLE  under ADJUSTMENTS. Connect connector.
  4. Install the engine air cleaner assembly. Connect the battery ground cable. Check for correct vehicle operation.
