The power seat is inoperative	Smart junction box (SJB) fuse 9 (30A). Circuitry. Seat control switch.	GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
The power seat moves but is noisy	Obstruction or foreign Seat track.	GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
The power seat moves but is loose	Fastening hardware. Seat track.	GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
The power seat does not make full travel	Seat track obstructed. Seat track.	GO to PINPOINT TEST D .
The power seat does not move horizontally/vertically	Circuitry. Seat control switch.	GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
The heated seat is inoperative	Fuse. Circuitry. Heated seat relay. Heated seat switch.	GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
Seat does not heat but the heated seat indicator illuminates when pressed	Circuitry. Heated seat switch. Cushion heated seat element and bi-metallic thermostat. Backrest heated seat element.	GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
Seat does heat but the heated seat indicator does not illuminate when pressed	Circuitry. Heated seat switch.	CHECK circuit 57 (BK) for an open. If no problem is found, INSTALL a new heated seat switch.
