Removal and Installation

  1. Position the battery junction box (BJB) aside.
    1. Release the clips.
    2. Position the BJB aside.

  2. Disconnect the ABS electrical connector.
  3. Remove the 3 ABS module screws and the ABS module.
    • To install, tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).
  4. NOTE: Use the diagnostic tool to configure the ABS module. For additional information, refer to MODULE CONFIGURATION .
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
