One-Touch Down Feature Inoperative

Verify customer concern by operating window to duplicate condition. Ensure battery is fully charged. Ensure driver-side power window is properly aligned. Check for faulty driver-side window switch. See DRIVER-SIDE WINDOW SWITCH  under COMPONENT TESTS. Check for open or shorted circuit(s). Check for faulty power window motor. See POWER WINDOW MOTOR  under COMPONENT TESTS. If problem is not found, perform self-diagnostics. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM  .
