Clutch Pedal Free Play
- Turn steering wheel from straight-ahead position to about 30 degrees to the left. Attach cable ties to clutch pedal in second groove from bottom, and then tighten. See Fig 1
. Install steel rule in cable ties and pass through steering wheel. Read measurement. Depress clutch as far as stop, and read measurement again.
- Clutch pedal travel should be 5-5.250" (127-133 mm). If travel is not within specification, adjust travel using pedal stop screw located behind pedal arm.
